Shared Context Lab (https://sharedcontextlab.com) is building adaptive personal AI that understands the texture of real life: relationships, routines, responsibilities, and goals. Our closed beta is garnering very positive feedback and retention. We’re venture backed + incubated at iconic design firm IDEO.

We’re looking for a senior, hands-on engineer to tackle:

• Core agent, product, and infrastructure systems

• Context, memory, orchestration, and tool use

• Simulation environments for users, schedules, relationships, and multi-agent interactions

• Evaluations for long-horizon agent behavior, reliability, and safety

We care a lot about high agency, collaboration, and high ownership mentality. Strong product judgment and care for user experience matter as much as technical rigor.
