1. The service

HN Work is a job board. Anyone may browse listings; signed-in users may post and manage job listings. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). One person, one account.

3. Acceptable use

Post only genuine, lawful job listings. No spam, scams, discriminatory postings, illegal content, or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service. We may edit, reject, or remove listings and may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your postings

You retain any rights you hold in the listings you submit. You grant HN Work a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your listings for the purpose of operating the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you post.

5. Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or expose the service to legal risk. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

6. No warranty

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. We do not verify or guarantee listings or the parties behind them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
